What happened between 6:07 & 6:08 (missing footage?) after which the cop says, "don't do that because now it's going to go into something else." And why is the suspect slapping his hands down on the boat "resisting without violence?" Suspect didn't resist when they jumped out of the boat and took him down. Later, the cop says, "you didn't follow my order to stay right there." But if you rewatch the tape, the suspect never left. In fact, he obviously came back to the boat (that's when he hit it). So what's the charge for slapping the boat in anger? Destruction of property? If there was damage why didn't the cop explain it (or show it)? And then (once in cuffs) the cop mouths off and baits the suspect and speaks to him sarcastically the whole time they're waiting on the beach and the boat ride back? Be a professional, dude. Shut your trap, ignore the suspect, and do your job.

1st I am "stone cold sober" and my brain would not allow me to complete these tasks, not to mention hes probably nervous as can be. Also nobody else claims to be sober, why is he being a dick!

I never realized, until I started watching these youtube videos, what kind of nazis these water cops are. I support the police the vast majority of the time, but the water cops love busting folks for BUI even though they're not drunk. It's really incredible, just how zealous these water-nazis are.
